Body In Motion offers a 16-week Precision Nutrition based coaching program.

With this nutritional program you will learn to:

  • Eat better, without restrictive dieting and feeling deprived.

  • Get active, no matter what shape you are currently in.

​The 16-week program is divided into 2 Phases. Each phase will consist of several Habits and Mental Challenge exercises. 

Phase 1: Mental Preparation 

In this phase you will begin to create the foundational habits that will allow you to achieve not just your fitness goals, but anything you put your mind to. This portion of the program makes up the first six weeks.

Phase 2: Nutritional Education

During this phase you will learn science based nutritional information. You will learn the importance of proteins, vegetables, carbohydrates and fats. You will also learn some great recipes. Eating healthier doesn't mean food can't taste amazing! This part of the program lasts the remaining 10 weeks.
