I specialize and offer Myofascial Release massage therapy and Personal Training. Myofascial Release: 

is a form of massage therapy that uses sustained pressure to address areas of tightness, discomfort and pain throughout body. Myofascial Release is great to reduce or eliminate pain, improve range of motion and subtle enough to relax the body and mind.

Personal Training:

offers One on One training with a knowledgeable expert who delivers customized results and accountability. 

Nutritional Coaching:

With Precision Nutrition Coaching you will learn science based nutritional information and learn life long habits that will improve your body and mind. 

Myofascial Release/Personal Training Combination:

takes the healing power of hands on therapy and pairs it with the energizing effects of exercise. This is a great option with your doctor’s approval for people recovering from injury and trying to get back into a normal exercise routine.

Self Care:

educates and guides the use of different soft tissue tools/exercises you can use on yourself at home.  Maintain your healing between session by learning how to treat your fascia and muscles in your own home!
